Analysis of Emergency Services in Laikipia
Sirai Health undertook it's first project over the course of three years from 2015-2018. During this period, members of the Sirai team completed an epidemiological analysis of the Emergency Department at the Public County Referral Hospital in Nanyuki, Kenya.
This public referral hospital serves as a referral point for much of Laikipia County as well as many other counties in Kenya and beyond.
The team presented the results of this project in poster form at the 2018 SAEM National Emergency Medicine Symposium. This poster is linked below to view in PDF format.
Development of the Ol Pejeta Clinic at Kimau
Sirai Health is supporting the medical clinic at Kimau with medical supplies, equipment, and advising on service delivery in the community. The Kimau clinic is run directly by the Ol Pejeta conservancy.
